Henry Wright has spoken that he has logged over 4,000 different types of fears in his work, while anxiety is the state of uneasiness and dissatisfaction accompanied by somatic signs and symptoms of apprehension, possible failure, misfortune, danger and others. Fear and anxiety are becoming too common in society and with them the norm is to either repress why we are feeling the way we do or to invalidate those feelings.

Free from fear and free from anxiety sound too good to be true, but you can be. These two are wasting your energy unnecessarily. To be pharmaceutically free from these two is totally possible.
